The installation wizard is working fine. But the start of VS2005 8.0.50727.42 brings me this error dialog:

Package Load Failure

Package SmartOutline.SmartOutlineVsPackage, SmartOutline, Version=1.0.1.0, [... and so on ...] has failed to load properly (GUID = [... and so on ...] ). Please contact package vendor for assistance. Application restart is recommended [... and so on ...]
"

I would appreciate if you could help us troubleshooting this issue as it doesn't reproduce on our side.

- Did you install SmartOutline first time ever?
- What other 3rd-party Visual Studio Add-ins or packages you have installed on your system?
- Are you logged (Windows) under a restricted user by any chance ? Or you logged with Admin permissions?
- Can you please make sure there is SmartOutline.dll in the program directory (by default \Program Files\SubMain\SmartOutline for VS2005\)?
- If there is Log.txt in the program directory (by default \Program Files\SubMain\SmartOutline for VS2005\) would you please attach it?

To help you get rid of the annoying VS error message you can uninstall SmartOutline and then run "devenv /setup" in the command line.

== Yes, and I tryed to reinstall after deinstallation. There is allways the same error.

== Yes I am, but I got Admin permissions on my machine.

I have VS2003 AND VS2005 installed, maybe this can be the problem?
