I have tried reloading the project.  I have shut down the IDE and reopened it with no luck.  Heck, I even restarted my system to see if that would have any effect (it didn't). The form does not go to the very top of my screen.  There's a gap of approximately 4mm between the top of the form and the top of my screen.  The sides and bottom appear to be ok.
