    Thank you for the feature suggestion. I'm sorry but we cannot add this one to GhostDoc. Although the latest version of CodeIt.Right has the IntelliComment feature that will allow you to do just that - run the XML Comments rules against your code and automatically add them where missing in the publicly exposed code elements.
