Time Scale to next version of GhostDoc

When is the next version of GhostDoc Pro due? I am in the process of stylecopping a massive C# solution and would greatly appreciate some of the agreed fixes.

Re: Time Scale to next version of GhostDoc

TestMatrix v3.1 is out, the bulk of CodeIt.Right v2.0 features are implemented - we are polishing a couple of the big ones and discussing which of the remaining features will make it into v2.0 and which we will have to push to vNext.

    Serge B.:

With all things align right we will start our GhostDoc vNext work second half of September.

With that said we are (and have been for a while) actively collecting, reviewing and prioritizing GhostDoc vNext features.

We also will publish soon the top feature list for public review, voting and new idea submission. Here is a preview - http://feedback.submain.com/list/6236-products/?category=982

Re: Time Scale to next version of GhostDoc

    Some Features to consider adding:

    1. StyleCop compliance
    2. Comment Reflow (I have seen the absence of Comment Reflow as in AgentSmith add-on for ReSharper as minus point against GhostDoc)
    3. Option of custom dictionary by solution.  This is important if you are developing for a number of clients and specialist words for one client should necessary be allowed for another).

Re: Time Scale to next version of GhostDoc

Thank you, Clive. A couple of questions:

    TATWORTH:

        2. Comment Reflow (I have seen the absence of Comment Reflow as in AgentSmith add-on for ReSharper as minus point against GhostDoc)

By Comment Reflow do you mean reformatting (not regeneration) of existing comments regardless whether they were generated by GhostDoc or not?

    TATWORTH:

            3. Option of custom dictionary by solution.  This is important if you are developing for a number of clients and specialist words for one client should necessary be allowed for another).

Which dictionary do you mean? I'm assuming not the future GhostDoc spell checker feature dictionary?

    Thanks!

    >By Comment Reflow do you mean reformatting (not regeneration) of existing comments regardless whether they were generated by GhostDoc or not?

Exactly! Sometime comments just go into the "wild blue yonder" and need reformatting in the interests of readability.

    TATWORTH:

            3. Option of custom dictionary by solution.  This is important if you are developing for a number of clients and specialist words for one client should necessary be allowed for another).

    >Which dictionary do you mean? I'm assuming not the future GhostDoc spell checker feature dictionary?

I was referring to the need to be be able to define additions to the the future GhostDoc spell checker feature dictionary to be either for the user or just at the level of the solution. Some developers work in a software house where there development for distincly different markets each with its own terminology. In this case dictionary additions needs to be kept apart.

    Has this work started?

If so when will the first release candidate be available?
