    Test results passed count mismatch

I have a project where the Passed count in the tool bar of Test Results tool window says 182, but below it says Last Run Passed (176). The Last Run Passed tree node has 176 child test rows.

    VS2010, TM v3.0.10333, 0 tests failed/ignored

Sorry, I can't provide the code.

What unit testing framework do you use?

    Do you use abstract classes?

Would be possible for you to email LOG files to us at support at submain.com?

    Thanks!

Re: Test results passed count mismatch

Using NUnit and no abstract classes.

I figured out what causes the issue. I previously reported that TestMatrix ignores tests that use SetName on TestCaseData. I have one test that has 10 total test cases, 6 of which use SetName. If I run the specific test, I get 4 test results. If I Run File Tests or entire project, I get Last Run Passed (4) and Passed: 10. This explains the discrepancy. I would assume when you guys fix the SetName issue, this issue will go away.

I do have other tests that use SetName and, while the cases that use SetName are ignored, the counting is correct. So I am not sure why this specific test results in count mismatch.

Re: Test results passed count mismatch

Thank you for troubleshooting the issue. The good news is that SetName is handled correctly in the upcoming version.

    Thanks!
