Exclude Violations in the .crdata file

I have currently one .net file with 3 violations. I have excluded those violations & are stored in .crdata file.

Next time if that .net file is changed, It has 2 violations addded by those changes.

If i run the codeit.right on the new changed file instead of giving 2 violations it does not give any violations. This file has in all 5 errors out which i have excluded 3 errors.
