We typically get the new version integration around the Beta timeframe, the VS Previews are not meant to be used for regular use.
With the Dev 15 though it may take a little longer - Microsoft has discontinued support for MSI deployed extensions but have not offered the necessary enhancements with the VSIX mechanism yet.

Currently, there is no option to render Syntax samples as a list instead of the tabs. We added this to our backlog.
There is a workaround using GhostDoc Enterprise to modify theme transformations but it's not as straightforward as switching the options.
