GhostDoc 4.0 is not adding any documentation when I invoke it.
I have tried binding it to alternate shortcuts (Ctrl+Shift+D and Ctrl+Shift+K) and also invoking it with CodeRush, but although CodeRush showed it was invoked there was no xml documentation added to my method or class.

I'm unable to uninstall my old copy of ghostDoc, as the relevant .tmp file is gone from the temp directory.
I tried downloading the legacy version to re-create the tmp file, but the legacy version on the site has a very slightly different version number, and doesn't work.
