Not sure what is going on. I have a small class and with all comments stripped out it is still showing a "Badly formed XML comment." error! I've deleted the help files, the temp directories, and everything else I could find. Building a Website only help file for the solution.

Should I always use <![CDATA[...]]> to insert '<' or '>' characters. Isn't there a more simple way to do it?
